PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board conveying mechanism for a board inspection device, capable of miniaturizing inspection jigs. SOLUTION: This board conveying mechanism 1 conveys a circuit board 2 from the upstream side to the downstream side by board conveying belts 7 so as to pass inspection ranges of inspection jigs 10, 11 for inspecting conduction/short-circuit. When the circuit board 2 in which a plurality of same circuit parts 8 are arranged is inspected, the circuit board 2 is conveyed so that the arranged direction of the circuit parts 2 and the conveying direction P for the circuit board 2 may coincide with each other, board stoppers 9 are sequentially fed to the downstream side while stopping the circuit board 2 plural times by the board stoppers 9, and a plurality of circuit parts 8 of one circuit board 2 are sequentially inspected from the end. As a result, since only inspection jigs 10, 11 for one circuit part 8 are prepared, expensive inspection jigs can be miniaturized, and the reduction in cost of the whole device can be achieved.
