PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag handle which prevents the width of a band portion forming a handle portion from affecting the thickness of a bag when the bag handle is attached to the bag and which contributes to reduction in the thickness of the bag with the bag handle attached to it and reduction in volume which the bag occupies when stored or displayed. SOLUTION: The pair of bag handles 3 are attached to upper edges 2 of a bag 1. Each handle has the band portion 4 and fastening portions 5 disposed at both ends of the band portion 4. Each fastening portion 5 is two-forked, and includes a first gripping piece 6 having a first engaging portion 41 and a second griping portion 7 having a second engaging portion 42, which engages the first engaging portion 41. A ring member 8 is disposed between the band portion 4 and the fastening portion 5.
