PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunvisor for a vehicle with a vanity mirror that can positively hold a sliding cover in a specified position without impairing the smoothness of opening/closing action. SOLUTION: This sunvisor for the vehicle with the vanity mirror is provided with a sliding cover 13 laterally sliding along a mirror holding frame 11 to open/close, on the front face side of the vanity mirror 12 assembled to a sunvisor body; and a stopper mechanism 15 capable of holding the sliding cover 13 in the totally closed position and totally opened position. The stopper mechanism 15 comprises projecting parts 16 provided at the groove bottom of upper and lower rails 11b of the mirror holding frame 11, and projecting parts 17 provided at the upper and lower edges of the sliding cover 13. The cover side projecting parts 17 get over the frame side projecting parts 16 to hold the sliding cover 13 in the totally closed or totally opened position.
