PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a laminated plate coated with a lubricant capable of preventing an occurrence of a quality defect of a lubricating film like a drip of the lubricant, fixture of the lubricant to a roll or a coating unevenness even when a size or a passing speed of the plate is different. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the laminated plate coated with the lubricant comprises a preheater 6 for heating the laminated plate covered on at least one side surface of a metal plate with a synthetic resin film to a temperature near a melting point of the objective lubricant for coating a coating unit 7 for coating the melted lubricant on the synthetic film, a heat retaining roll 8 for guiding the laminated plate coated with the lubricant while heat retaining the laminated plate at a freezing point or higher of the lubricant, and a winding unit 9 for winding the guided laminated plate. The heat retaining temperature of the roll 8 is adjustably arranged based on an atmospheric temperature.
