PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabricated piece of a nonwoven fabric, high in pattern retaining property and having an excellent uneven three-dimensional pattern, not loosing its three-dimensional shape even when the same is used for various uses, on the surface thereof, and the comparatively easy manufacturing method for the fabricated piece of the nonwoven fabric with a free uneven pattern. SOLUTION: The non-woven fabric material is manufactured by the thermal deposition of a thermoplastic sheet, having a melting point lower than that of a fine synthetic fiber, onto one side of then nonwoven fabric, consisting of fine synthetic fibers less than 1.1 decitex while keeping the shape of a sheet and the secondary workpiece of the nonwoven fabric is manufactured by shaping a pattern on the surface thereof through thermal shaping while the secondary workpiece of the unwoven fabric is manufactured by shaping the pattern through hot press by a hot-pressing member different from the molding member through the molding member on the surface of the unwoven fabric of a nonwoven material, produced by hot pressing of a thermoplastic sheet having the melting point of less than 150 deg.C on one side of th unwoven fabric consisting of the fine synthetic fiber of less than 1.1 decitex while keeping the shape of the sheet.
