PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat a required number of reaction tubes to inorganic reaction temperature of about 500-1,000 deg.C for a short time. SOLUTION: A heat transfer body 4A, in which a heater 7 becoming a heat source is embedded, is formed from a carbon-aluminum composite material excellent in heat efficiency at a high temperature so as to be capable of suppress the heat loss caused by radiation of heat to the outside even when the reaction tubes are heated to about 500-1,000 deg.C being reaction temperature ofr inorganic synthesis to uniformly heat the reaction tubes 2 with good heat efficiency, and the side surfaces and bottom surface thereof are covered with a jacket 4B formed from a heat-resistant material low in heat conductivity to form a heating block 4.
