PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an exclusive mixer for mixing substances to be melted and to miniaturize the supply hopper arranged on the front stage side of an ash melting furnace. SOLUTION: A mixing conveyor 11 for mixing plural kinds of substances to be melted has a plurality of charging ports 15-17 in which the substances to be melted are resspectively charged, an upper trough 22 on which the substances to be melted charged from the charging ports are placed and which has a falling port 24 on the side of the feed terminal of the substances to be melted thereof, the lower trough 23 arranged under the upper trough 22, a pushing feed conveyor 14 having a pushing feed member 21 for pushing and feeding the substances to be melted placed on the upper trough 22 toward the falling port 24 and pushing and feeding the substances to be melted falling on the lower trough 23 from the falling port 24 in the direction opposite to the pushing feed direction on the upper trough 22 and the discharge port 18 of the substance to be melted provided on the side of the feed terminal of the lower trough 23.
