PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe washer for not generating a part left without being washed and easily changing a brush. SOLUTION: Long bristles 21L longer than bristles 21S at a sole bottom surface washing part are flocked around the sole bottom surface washing part of a horizontal swing brush 13 for washing the sole. Also, a foot mounting base 14 is turned with a spindle 14c as a fulcrum and a brush body 17 is detached from a swing base 16.
