PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat and a child seat cover having a structure supporting a child firmly from both sides without deteriorating comfortableness. SOLUTION: In a back face part of the child seat cover, a first swelling member 120 is arranged so that both sides of a joint part between a seat area 102 and a backrest area 101 is swelled upward when the backrest part 101 is folded toward the seat area 102.
