PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of providing compatibility of riding comfort and steering stability by improving lateral rigidity, toe characteristics in one wheel braking, and harshness vibration convergence while restraining the generation of toe-out in relation to the action of lateral force. SOLUTION: This suspension device is provided with a trailing arm 1, a torsion beam 2 and an axle 3. The axle 3 and the trailing arm 1 are connected to each other by a simple link 5 and a plane link 6 for allowing the displacement in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the axle 3 in relation to the trailing arm 1.
