发明名称 APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MEASURING TACTILE SENSATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A measuring device of tactile sensation is provided to measure friction coefficient and surface roughness at the same time without changing a probe and to obtain wide area of data of tactile sensation with a small number of sensors by measuring compliance with the same equipment. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device of tactile sensation consists of: a sensor unit(1) including a force sensor(12) and a displacement sensor(11); a driving unit(2) having a test piece loading plate(21), an X-axial driving unit(23) and a Y-axial driving unit(22); and a control unit including a force sensor amplifier, a displacement sensor amplifier, X/Y/Z-axial driving controllers and a computer. In the driving unit, the X-axial driving unit, the Y-axial driving unit and the test piece loading plate are installed sequentially. A Z-axial driving unit(24) is mounted on a side of the X-axial driving unit. A sensor support unit(241) is formed on a side of the Z-axial driving unit. The sensor support unit has a horizontal direction with the test piece loading plate with keeping a specific space upward the loading plate. The force sensor and the displacement sensor of the sensor unit are fixed to the sensor support unit and installed toward the test piece loading plate in a space formed by the loading plate and the sensor support unit. The measuring device measures friction coefficient and surface roughness at the same time by using the force sensor and the displacement sensor.
