PURPOSE:To improve the conductivity and heat transmissivity by using a composite material, where conductive material is dispersed in an a metallic oxide solid solution, as an air electrode material. CONSTITUTION:An air electrode is made of a composite material where a conductive material is dispersed 2 in a metallic oxide solid solution and is sintered. In this case, as the metallic oxide solid solution, a conventional metallic oxide solid solution being expressed by general formula:La1-xAxBO3 (but, A is at least one kind among Ca, Sr, and Ba, and B is one kind among Mn, Cr, and Co). Moreover, as the dispersed material 2 of the conductive material, heat-resistant alloy for maintenance of the quality and shape at the sintering temperature of a solid solution 1 is used. Hereby, electric conductivity increases, so the electromotive force of a generation tube increases, and also since the electric conductivity and heat transmissivity increase, the temperature distribution of the generation tube in power generation is lightened, and the thermal stress is lightened, and the life of the generation tube can be improved. |
