PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel integrated with an air bag door, which needs not any special tools in integrating an air bag bracket with the instrument panel, and has very strong connection sections between the air bag bracket and the instrument panel and has not any defective such as shrinkage in appearance, and method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: In the instrument panel integrated with the air bag door, wherein an air bag door 10, which closes an opening from which an air bag 7 swells, and is developed by the expansion pressure caused when the air bag 7 is operated is integrally formed, the air bag bracket 8 is jointed by vibration welding to the back side of the air bag door 10 on which a mounting section 3a on which an air bag case 6 for storing the air bag 7 therein, is mounted and a reinforcing section 3b for reinforcing the air bag door 10 jointed thereto, are integrally formed. |
