<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip clearance controlling device for a T-die, the lip clearance of which can be easily and quickly controlled by removing defects such as the requirement of a lot of time for controlling a plurality of adjusting bolts one by one for controlling the lip clearance and the troublesome work for controlling. SOLUTION: In the lip clearance controlling device of a T-die, from the tip lip clearance of which a molten resin lead from an extruding machine, once stored in an interior manifold and distributed widthwise is extruded in to a sheet-like film, the lip clearance controlling device consists of a plurality of rods, one end of each of which is mounted to the back of each of movable lips and the other end of each of which is slidably mounted to a T-die main body and which are arranged in the width direction, a pair of taper-like plate having both the surfaces tapered opposite to each other, which are inserted and extracted normally to the respective rods from both the width directions of the T-die so as to simultaneously and axially shift a plurality of the rods in order to shift the movable lips for controlling the lip clearance, and a plate shifting means for inserting and extracting the same one pair of tapered plates.</p> |
