<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating waste water, in which there is no need to reprocess a solid content in the waste water as sludge and by which the life of a filter membrane can be markedly prolonged and dioxins in the waste water can be efficiently removed while suppressing generation of a secondary waste material. SOLUTION: An incinerated exhaust gas generated from an incineration apparatus or the like is passed through a dust-cleaner and purified by cleaning water in a cleaning device. Then, the gas is finally purified by a dioxin(DXN)- removing device and discharged. At this time, the waste cleaning water is subjected to filtration treatment by using a membrane filter having a precision filtration membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane. The waste water mentioned above is circulated and subjected to cross-flow filtration. Thereby, the volume of the waste water containing dioxins is reduced as a concentrated waste water containing particulate dioxins and the concentrated waste water is returned to the incineration apparatus mentioned above or a melting apparatus so as to incinerate or melt it.</p> |
