PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a rear wheel steering device capable of eliminating influence of a temperature drift without particularly increasing a cost. SOLUTION: ST08 makes a correction of the content of replacing a neutral position of a steering angle measuring means with a mechanical neutral position realized here. That is, a signal from the steering angle measuring means at this time becomes a signal for indicating the mechanical neutral position. Influence of the temperature drift in a steering angle sensor can be eliminated by this correction. Thus, this rear wheel steering device is characterized by skillfully utilizing mechanial neutral for correcting neutral of a control system when formed as a mechanism capable of mechanically creating a neutral state.
