PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the combination and the separation between a character body (stuffed toy) and a telegram form, make a telegram easier to handle in the telegram sending process, and easily perform the storage administration of the telegram even on a receiver side under a state wherein the character body and the telegram form are combined. SOLUTION: On the front side of the bottom section of the character (stuffed toy) main body 2, a bag section 9 is provided. In this case, the bag section 9 removably holds one end side of a housing cylinder 3 which houses the telegram form, and locates the housing cylinder 3 under a state wherein the housing cylinder 3 is exposed to the front surface side. Then, on the bottom section of the character main body 2, an attaching means 11 is provided. In this case, the attaching means 11 detachably holds the housing cylinder 3 which is placed sideways and is located in the width direction of the character main body 2.
