PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper pull-out box with a lid which can be carried and stored while the box is folded flat, which can be simply set up and which integrally includes the lid. SOLUTION: The paper box includes first to fourth sidewalls 16 to 19 sequentially around a rectangular box base plate 11 and side plate coupling pieces 24 to 27 which couple the first to fourth sidewalls 16 to 19 with one another and have diagonal coupling creases 20 to 23, wherein the first and third sidewalls 16 and 18 are opened outward, and the second and fourth sidewalls 17 and 19 are folded inward to form the box in a flat shape. A lid plate 29 which covers above the first to fourth sidewalls 16 to 19 while being set up is provided outside the fourth sidewall 19.
