PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure molding device reduced in the cost of maintenance. SOLUTION: In the pressure molding device, wherein an object member 14 to be pressurized is pressure-bonded and molded by a pinching pressure through a pair of pressurizing members 8, 10 at least either one of which is movable to the other while having a flexible elastic body 13, pushed against the object member 14 and interposed between a pair of the pressurizing members 8, 10, the flexible elastic body 12 is constituted of a main body unit 26 pushed against the object member 14 and an annular peripheral rim part 28 mounted detachably on the outer periphery of the main body unit 26. According to this constitution, only the outer peripheral rim of the flexible elastic body 12, which is susceptible to a crack or a cutout, can be exchanged properly whereby the cost of maintenance for the flexible elastic body 12 can be reduced.
