PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability by providing a detaching tool for a tongued washer capable of safely and efficiently pulling a tongue part of the tongued washer down from a bolt or a nut with a relatively simple operation without shocking nor damaging the bolt or the nut and peripheral members. SOLUTION: This tool is constructed to detach a tongued washer Z provided with a tongue part t abutted on the nut periphery as a locking from a washer part g intervening between a nut N and a mounted member D, and provided with a handle 1 comprising a gripper 6, a spanner 2 comprising an engaging part 10 which is turnably supported on the end of the handle 1 for engaging on the nut, and an inserting tongue 3 which is turnably supported on the end of the handle 1 and inserted at its acutely formed edge A between the nut and the tongue part by turning the handle 1 for transforming the tongue part so that the tongue part is aparted from the bolt or the nut.
