PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe end polishing device to perform a work rapidly, neatly, and besides simply and safely, prevent pollution of peripheral environment during a work, be simply moved, and select no work place. SOLUTION: The pipe end polishing device comprises a means to inject blast balls in the direction of a pipe axis toward a pipe end 32; an injection passage 22 through which the injected blast balls pass; a dispersion core 5 to effect injection of the blast balls, injected by the injecting means, in a direction in which the blast balls are spread to the outside; an irradiation inner wall 7 of a cover 4 to irradiate a pipe end outer surface 35 with the blast balls; a plug 8 to prevent flying of the blast balls in a pipe 30; a cover 10 to prevent flying of the blast balls to the outside of the pipe end polishing device 1; a suction recovery passage 23 to suck and recover the blast balls to the opposite side to the opposite side to the pipe end 32 side; and a suction recovery passage means.
