PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component having a spline hole and a manufacturing method thereof in which the use of a material can be reduced, the working time can be shortened, and the component cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: The component used in a power transmission mechanism of a car or the like has the spline hole, a tooth flank of the spline hole is hardened by the cold forging, and has the predetermined surface hardness. The surface of the spline hole is hardened by the cold forging at least twice. |
