PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic examination instrument which can pierce so that a top end comes in the observation sight of an ultrasonic transducer by guiding an instrument with a pointed needle smoothly, and to secure safety and quickness of treatment. SOLUTION: An insertion path 15 is formed nearer to base end side than an ultrasonic transducer 14 which is located at a hardened top part 12c of an insertion part 12 of an endoscope 10, and the extended line P of the insertion path surely crosses the observation sight E of an ultrasonic transducer 14. A channel member 20 is attached to the insertion part 12 at its outside. A connection member 22 is connected to the base end part of an elastic tube 21 which constitutes the channel member 20, and at the position of the softened part 12a, the channel member 20 is integrated with the insertion part 12 by a fixing tool 30, and at an angle part 12b, the channel member 20 is in a free state. An appressed coil 24 is mounted inside the angle part 12b. |
