PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain activated water by subdividing a cluster of water and ionizing water molecules. SOLUTION: This method for activating water comprises making water pass through a magnetic field and through the gaps among the packed ceramics having far infrared radioactivity to subdivide the cluster of water and ionize water molecules.
