PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impossible delivery of a paper roll while allowing easy setting of the paper roll with a paste deposited on its single side at a storage position. SOLUTION: One side face of the paper roll 10 stored in a paper roll storage part 2 is restricted by an inner face 1a of a frame 1 and the other side face is restricted by a rolled paper guide plate 15. Non-adhesive treatment with a label preventive paint 20 is given to the face of the rolled paper guide plate 15 for restricting the side face of the paper roll 10, the label preventive paint 20 is applied on the single side of the inner face 1a of the frame 1, a paste deposited seal member 17 is adhered to the rear side, and the face on which the label preventive paint 20 is applied is put in contact with the side face of the paper roll 10. Thus, the rolled paper can be stored in the rolled paper storage part 2 without inserting a core mounting shaft into a core. A great sliding load on the side face of the paper roll 10 is also avoided by the non- adhesive treatment.
