PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film excellent in a mechanical strength, an elasticity and dimensional stability upon heating from the composition of organic solvent of sulfonated polyarylene by a casting method. SOLUTION: The sulfonated polyarylene (A) and the composition (B) containing the organic solvent are applied on a substrate while the substrate is oriented uniaxially or biaxially, then, the substrate is heated under the oriented condition of the same.
