PURPOSE: An energy saving vessel is provided to increase heat absorbing area of a vessel by forming an unevenness shape, to improve heat efficiency by absorbing the heat of high mount and the prevent loss of the heat. CONSTITUTION: Heat absorbing sections(3,4,5,6) of a vessel are formed as a WW shape to sufficiently absorb heat. The heat is transferred into a lower temperature from high temperature. In addition, the heat is lost by being discharged outside. However, an energy saving vessel prevent the loss of the heat to increase efficiency of the heat. An unevenness-forming unit protects the heat and reduces the loss of the heat. The heat absorbing portion is formed as a bellows shape to increase the temperature. Thereby, the energy saving vessel reduces energy and time by forming the unevenness portion. The energy saving vessel prevent damage of a handle of the vessel caused by heating through controlling wasted heat. Moreover, the energy saving vessel prevents the vessel from sliding while cooking.
