PURPOSE: An automatic disaster and accident alarm system is provided so that accidents can be efficiently dealt with by receiving an alarm through a transmission/reception module and repeatedly reproducing it through an amp, even when a resident does not answer the phone. CONSTITUTION: When a disaster or accident occurs, the corresponding institution transmits it to an automatic alarm computer(A) of an anti-calamity headquarter through a public switched telephone network or Internet. The automatic alarm computer(A) receives disaster and accident states from the superior institute or transmission/reception module(B), and automatically generates an alarm. The transmission/reception module(B) automatically senses heavy rain, flood, fire and gas leakage, or records and repeatedly reproduces the alarm. The automatic alarm computer(A) is a general Pentium personal computer. A voice processing board, an Internet access unit and an automatic alarm software are installed in the automatic alarm computer(A). The automatic alarm computer(A) includes an ASAP kernel for managing main system resources, an ASAP database for storing accident-related data and phone numbers of residents, an ASAP DBMS for managing the ASAP database, and an ASAP MOP for interfacing with a user. The ASAP kernel is a software program for managing the main section of the automatic alarm computer(A).
