PURPOSE: Provided is a cow mat which can be used in a cowshed to eliminate diseases and stress of cow, thereby producing health cow and which has an elongated life time. CONSTITUTION: The mat includes a polypropylene cover(1) as an outer covering, which has a box-like shape to provide a hexahedral appearance; and a packing bag part(10) to be disposed inside of the polypropylene cover. The packing bag part(10) has a packing bag(11) formed by stitching two sheets of synthetic resins at a predetermined interval; a plurality of rooms(H1, H2, H3...) defined by spaced stitches(15, 15', 15"...) formed by stitching the packing bag(11); elastic chips(20) inserted into the rooms so that the rooms are swollen up tightly; and an envelop(25) made of water proof synthetic resin to cover the outer of packing bag(11). The mat is completed by inserting the packing bag part(10) into the polypropylene cover(1) and sealing an opening(2) for inserting.
