A method of utilising solar energy includes providing a first solar panel (10), which is contained within a second solar panel (11) which, in turn, is contained within a third solar panel (12). Salt water can be introduced into the interior of the first solar panel (10) and steam discharged thereform. Condensation of the steam then produces potable water. |
