The body of the vehicle has a low center of gravity and is supported by four wheels (3) outside the body. The load, e.g. an elevated maintenance platform or camera rostrum, is mounted in a rotation socket (11) behind the driver's position (5). The vehicle is controlled by pedals (7), a control panel (9) and a control column (6). The position of the control column determines the steerage mode of the four wheels.
