PURPOSE: A method for certification by using a user input pattern through a key input apparatus is provided to perform a strong user certification as a fingerprint certification and an image certification with a low cost by matching a key input pattern to a user pattern. CONSTITUTION: A method for certification by using a user input pattern through a key input apparatus comprises the steps of dividing a key input value inputted through the key input apparatus including a touch screen, a key board, a key pad into a key input value itself and each key input factor and utilizing each key input factor for basic data of a user input pattern. The pattern gained from each key input factor is compared and analyzed by various method and performs a user certification.
