PURPOSE: A method for creating and notifying a web form by using a clipboard are provided to dynamically notify web documents through only one paste action after configuring a desired HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) form. CONSTITUTION: A network system is composed of a user computer(10), a service server(20), a web server(30), and a network(40). A web browser program(12) and an editor program(14) are installed at the user computer(10). The service server(20) permits a downloading of the editor program(12) through its own web site and stores source data at a DB(25). The source data includes images, special effects, and music. The source data are used when configuring the HTML document using the editor program(14) of the user. The web server(30) embodies a general web site existing in the Internet, stores the HTML form and text inputted in a bulletin board and a guest book, and outputs them later. The network(40), such as an Internet network or a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), supports a data communication among the components(10,20,30).
