PURPOSE: To safely elevate an elevating body and stably support the elevating body at the upper limit in an elevating mechanism for elevating the elevating body following the opening/closing action of a cover body. CONSTITUTION: When the cover body 2 is opened, the free end side of an arm member 41 with the base end part rotatably fitted into a storage body 1 is rotated upward by energization, and the base end part is rotatably connected to the free end part of the arm member 41, and the free end side of an elevating body 3 with the base end part rotatably connected to the free end part of the arm member 41 and with the free end side turned down to the base end side of the arm member 41 is rotated in the developing direction in relation to the arm member 41. The elevating body 3 ascends and projects upward from the upper end opening of the storage body 1.
