PURPOSE: Provided is a lipstick composition containing tripeptide, which lipstick enhances physiological activities to improve wrinkles of lips and has an effective moisturizing effect on lips. CONSTITUTION: The lipstick composition contains 0.1-10.0 wt.% of tripeptide(Glycyl-histidyl-Lysine) which facilitates the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycan to increase moisture retention and skin texture. Thus, it has moisture retention and wrinkle improvement effects on lips. Where, the tripeptide can be used in a wax type consisting of tripeptide and fatty acid, and the fatty acid is selected from lauric acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, myristic acid, isostearic acid, oleic acid, linolic acid, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, arachinic acid and the like.
