PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the individual data of each of computers can not be suitably utilized when properly using the computers. SOLUTION: An 'ID', 'password' or 'connection frequency', in the case of accessing a Web server, is stored in an IC card, and when accessing the Web server, a user refers to these data stored on the relevant IC card, thereby receiving the connection service of a portal site or the like in the Web server by simple operation without inputting the ID or password. Also the user stores, personal identification information properly in the IC card, and refers to or updates the 'personal identification information' stored in the IC card through the Web server, thereby receiving the connection service of the portal site in a similar display form even in the case of using any PC. |
