SOLUTION: This system is provided with a transaction result information storage part 12 for storing the transaction result information of the client, a desired transaction condition accepting part 20 for accepting the new account transaction conditions desired by the client, account maintenance charge operating parts 23 and 24 for operating the account maintenance charges of the relevant month on the basis of the account transaction result and the desired transaction conditions accepted by this desired transaction condition accepting part 20, an account transaction condition updating part 25 for updating the account transaction condition of the relevant month of the relevant client with the new account transaction conditions, and an interruption processing part 13 for executing the account transaction condition updating part 25 concerning the relevant client when the account transaction of the relevant month is requested from the client and the account transaction conditions of the relevant client are not updated into new account transaction conditions yet, and executing the account transaction after updating the account transaction conditions of the relevant client. |
