PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image information display device capable of easily recognizing a large image in any place by using a device, whose display part is small, such as a portable telephone set and a mobile computer. SOLUTION: An observer (user) 122 considers that an unknown image 121 which is relatively large exists and recognizes the image by using this image information display device 124 provided with a relatively small display frame (display) 123. When the observer 122 actively changes partial areas 125 of the image 121 displayed in the frame 123 by moving his/her hand 126, the entire image 121 that is relatively large can easily be grasped. Not only a visual system but also a kinetic system such as hand movement are deeply involved in order to practically perceive the relatively large image 121 by sequentially changing the partial areas 125 of the image.
