摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, by which electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitor which is used for various kinds of electrical equipment and can reduce the fluctuations of the capacitance and withstand voltage of anode foil can be manufactured. SOLUTION: In the method, in which the electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitor is manufactured by forming a chemically converted coating film on aluminum foil 1 by supplying an electrical current from a DC power source 7 to the foil 1, while the foil 1 is continuously run among negative plates 4 provided in a chemical conversion tank 5, a running roller 3 at the outlet of the tank 5 is formed in a metallic roller and a voltage detector 6 is provided between the roller 3 and the negative plates 4. In addition, the output voltage of the power source 7 is controlled, by feeding back the voltage detected by means of the detector 6 to the power source 7. Therefore, anode foil having a superior quality can be produced stably.</p>
