PURPOSE: A hack war simulator and control method thereof are provided, which are capable of supporting an exercise for provision of a battle. CONSTITUTION: A PCB fixing panel(B) of an input portion consists of a switch input part(2) controlled by a microprocessor(1), a switch data input part(3) and a hand wheel input part(4). A PCB fixing panel(C) of an output portion consists of a lamp driving part(6) controlled by the microprocessor(5), an analog signal output part(7) and a power supply part(8). A main computer(A) controls the lamp driving part and the analog signal output part via the microprocessor, receives a rectangular wave generated by an operation of the switch input part and the switch data input part and hand wheel(4) through the microprocessor(1), and communicates between the microprocessors(1,5) through a serial communication. The PCB fixing panel(B) receives the rectangular wave from a hand wheel switch(14) and values obtained by converting an on/off state of the switch(12) and an analog value of the analog switch(13) into digital values, and outputs an index value and a data value to the main computer(A). The PCB fixing panel(C) receives the index and data values from the main computer(A) to control the lamp(11), and drives an analog indicator(15).
