PURPOSE: A loess mattress for bed is provided to prolong the cushion ability and life of the loess mattress by injecting the loess which is made into gel state to a mattress pack. CONSTITUTION: The loess mattress for bed obtained by firing non-contaminated loess under earth surface at the firing furnace of 400 deg.C, making the fired loess powders with a small particle size with about 60 to 80 m/s using a shaking machine, and blending it with the synthetic rubber powders obtained by pulverizing the thermoplastic synthetic rubber chips harmless to the human body using a pulverizer and the oil harmless to the human body is characterized in that the cushion is imparted to the loess mattress by blending 35 wt.% of the synthetic rubber powders and 15 wt.% of the oil to 50 wt.% of the loess powders, making into a gel, then pouring the gelled blend into the inlet(4) of a transparent urethane pack(3) with plaid shapes(2) and then sealing the inlet(4).
