PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of effectively utilizing a display area of a translucent substrate and miniaturization. SOLUTION: A lamination layer 6 interposing an organic layer 4 having a luminous layer between a transparent electrode (first electrode) and a back surface electrode (second electrode) is provided on a glass substrate (translucent substrate) 2 and is covered by a sealing cap (sealing member) 11. The sealing cap 11 is provided with a sealing wall part 11b covering a side end surface 2a of the glass substrate 2. |
