PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor with built-in capacitor which may be exchanged easily. SOLUTION: This motor with built-in capacitor comprises a stator 104 which is a laminated of many iron cores provided with holes 104e for insertion of a rotor 102, a coil 106 which is inserted into a slot of the stator 104, a terminal board 200 including a terminal for connecting a lead wire 106L of the coil 106 and an external conductor and also including a hole 202r which is fixed at the ceiling surface of the coil 106 for insertion of the rotor 102 and a ring type capacitor 300 having a hole for insertion of the rotor 102 in contact with the terminal board 200 and electrically connected to the terminal of the terminal board 200.
