PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that can reduce a short-circuit current flowing to a signal inverting amplifier so as to stably oscillate with less power consumption. SOLUTION: This invention provides the oscillation circuit in which 1st and 2nd semiconductor switching elements 42, 52 being components of the signal inverting amplifier 30 are driven in a way of having no common on-period so as to limit a short-circuit current flowing to the signal inverting amplifier 30. The constant current sources 600, 610 are connected in parallel with the 1st and 2nd semiconductor switching elements 42, 52 to allow the current sources to supply the power required for stable oscillation.
