PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table for operation capable of restraining an adverse influence to the human body such as fatigue due to a long time operation or the like to a minimum by realizing an operating environment in most suitable conditions for the figure of an operator. SOLUTION: The table 1 for operating semiconductor inspection equipment or the like of the present invention is provided with a lifting mechanism 4 for adjusting the height of a table part 10 by manually operating a handle 41. The lifting mechanism comprises a ball screw mechanism, a worm gear and a worm wheel. A display unit 2 on the table is installed so that the gradient of a display part may be changed and a folding armrest part 32 is installed on the front of a lead-out part 3.
