PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use commercial nuts for parts for fitting a magnetic shield and disperse with a round bar on the end of the magnetic shield. SOLUTION: In an inductor, in which a winding 1 is housed within a tank 2 and a magnetic shield 3 made of a magnetic material, is fitted to the inner wall of the tank 2, so as to face the winding 1, a grounded electrostatic shield 10 is provide covering the winding 1 of the magnetic shield 3, and the electrostatic shield 10 is comprised of a group of conductors, with a plurality of thin and long conductors being arranged mutually in the direction of larger width of the magnetic shield 3 via a slight clearance interposed thereamong, and the conductor are conductively connected with each other at one point.
