SOLUTION: Customer information to be inputted into input forms transmitted from sales-side servers 30-1 to 30-n is previously registered in customer information input devices 11-1 to 11-n provided in terminals 10-1 to 10-n. When the input forms are transmitted from the servers 30-1 to 30-n, customer information corresponding to the input forms is inputted into the input forms by the input devices 11-1 to 11-n.
