PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inquire into the cause of a fault which cannot be determined by the self-diagnosing function that electrical equipment has and to easily browse an operation manual through a network. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a display part which has an intrinsic identification symbol for identifying the electrical equipment constituted so that it can be accessed from the in-home information terminal device 8 and acquires and displays 1st information corresponding to the identification symbol from a database, and a control part which displays information on a terminal by repeating a display of determination conditions and a display of information on a branch destination selected under determination conditions given by the 1st information by obtaining and displaying 2nd information on the branch destination from the database at the display part.
