PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode array in which light output is subjected to temperature compensation. SOLUTION: The light emitting diode array comprises a plurality of light emitting diodes, drivers for respective light emitting diodes formed by connecting a plurality of kinds of transistor T0-T4 in parallel, and a circuit for storing use information indicative of whether a relevant kind of transistor is used for driving the light emitting diode wherein arbitrary kinds of transistor are combined for each light emitting diode based on the use information read out from the storage circuit. The storage circuit are provided for a plurality of temperatures and use information taking account of temperature compensation is stored in the storage circuit L11-L34 for each temperature.
