PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce huge amount of labor, cost, etc., in order receiving and order placing transactions and to realize order receiving and placing transaction having high reliability and made corresponded to the scale and trends of the market. SOLUTION: Only order-placing companies and order-receiving companies, satisfying prescribed examination standard, are registered as the object of the order accepting and placing transaction (d9). In the order-receiving and placing transactions, purchase requests are collected from plural order-placing companies (d1) to discriminate as to whether the purchase requests are within a prescribed allowable range (d2, d3) and they are totaled by each item (d4). Based on this collected result, a quotation is requested to related order-receiving companies and quotation responses are collected from the order-receiving companies (d5). A totaling result obtained by totaling these quotation responses is reported to the order-placing company which has requested the purchase, and the process is repeated, in order to quicken to make both the purchase request by the order-placing company and the quotation response by the order accepting company closer each other to optimize the purchase request and the quotation response (d6). |
